A User of the Service, identified by registration actions on the website https://whistlerai.ru, or by the numeric account identifier (MAX ID) in the MAX messenger (in the Service's “Whistler Ai” bot, https://max.ru/se13319000_bot), or by the Telegram ID in the Telegram messenger (in the Service's “Whistler Ai” bot, https://t.me/YouTube_SummarySummary_Bot), which is automatically recorded when Consent is expressed. The date and time Consent is expressed are recorded automatically.
3.1. Providing the Service's functions (summarization of videos via links; transcription and diarization of audio and video files with processing of the result by a language model); identifying the User; entering into and performing the contract (the Public Offer); accepting and recording payments and generating receipts; technical support; ensuring the security of the Service.
3.2. Maintaining de-identified statistics and analytics on the use of the Service, informing the User about the operation of the Service.
3.3. Compliance with the law, including responding to requests from authorized bodies, and protecting the rights of the Operator.
Consent is given to the processing of the following PD:
a) account identifiers on the website whistlerai.ru: the user's email, full name, phone number, date of birth;
b) messenger account identifiers: numeric identifier (MAX ID / Telegram ID), username, display name — to the extent transmitted by the messenger;
c) Content submitted by the User, and the results of its processing, including voice (used exclusively for the purposes of transcription and diarization, without identifying the individual) contained in audio and video files, and information mentioned in the Content;
d) de-identified technical data: date and time of requests, selected processing parameters, service logs;
e) information on subscriptions, transactions, and payment status.
f) where the Service is used via the website whistlerai.ru — de-identified visitor data, including data collected using cookie files.
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer (disclosure, access) to persons engaged by the Operator in accordance with the Policy, depersonalization (pseudonymization via UUID), blocking, erasure, destruction — using automation tools and without them.
The User has been informed of, and agrees, that in order to render the services, the Operator may, in certain cases, engage third parties (hosting providers, the transcription service, language model providers), whose functions and locations are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy. The cross-border transfer of PD is formalized by a separate consent.
7.1. Consent is valid from the moment it is expressed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, and, with respect to account data, for the periods established by Russian law.
7.2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to the Operator's e-mail. Withdrawal entails the cessation of processing and destruction of PD, unless another lawful basis exists; in that case, further access to the Service may become impossible.
8.1. I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Public Offer published on the website whistlerai.ru and/or in the Service interfaces in the MAX / Telegram messengers;
8.2. I confirm the accuracy of the data provided and that I hold the rights to the submitted Content;
8.3. I understand that Consent is expressed by performing a conclusive action (clicking the “I Agree” button), which is recognized as the User's simple electronic signature;
